Mesquite Hills PROJECT DETAILS

Mesquite Hills is a residential subdivision located in Cottonwood, Arizona acquired by VRE in 2011. The property has magnificent views of the Red Rocks of Sedona and backs up to the Prescott National Forest. Upon acquisition, VRE completed needed infrastructure and hired the leading residential real estate brokerage company in the market. Market acceptance and sales have increased greatly since purchase. In 2016 a stunning new phase was opened and a new house design for this market was introduced, the RV home, which has been successful at another VRE owned project elsewhere in Arizona.
