Hotel Note Purchase
In December of 1999, VRE purchased the note for a hotel in California from a lender. The property was well located and was one block from the historic district. VRE worked with the borrower and put in place a three year plan to allow more time for the borrower to restructure and pay down the loan. The borrower met the goals and refinanced the loan, taking out VRE.
