In 2018 VRE completed the construction of a Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Lake Havasu, Arizona. The hotel was constructed on 2.25 acres of an 8 acre parcel of land VRE owns in Lake Havasu, called English Village. The hotel features 96 rooms, a breakfast dining area, meeting space, an outdoor pool, fitness room, a lobby workstation, market pantry, and guest laundry room. In addition, the hotels proximity to English Village provides our guests convenient access to additional site amenities including the Lake Havasu Visitors Center, retail shopping, two restaurants, boat rentals, Jet-Ski rentals, Havasu Landing Casino and incredible views of the world famous London Bridge.
