North Pointe Subdivision PROJECT DETAILS

This gated residential development is located in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. VRE acquired this property in 2011 and set about to revitalize the subdivision. The plan was to complete important infrastructure and to introduce several new elevations and floor plans, including one that had a large RV garage as a significant feature. The RV home product type fit the Lake Havasu market extremely well, and this niche product has powered sales at the project. VRE has continued to update home designs and expand our RV home offerings, including a double RV garage. Sales success has led VRE to develop more lots in the project in order to accommodate even more homes.
