Henry is the founder and president of Virtual Realty Enterprises, a diversified real estate company.  Henry has served on the Board of Directors of Enterprise Financial Services Corp. (a publicly traded company) as well as on the Executive Committee. He was previously Chairman of the Board of Directors of Enterprise Bank of Clayton, a subsidiary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp. and on its Executive Committee.  

He is a graduate of Washington University St. Louis, earning both a B.A. and an M.B.A.  Henry currently serves on the Board of Barnes Jewish Hospital and on its Executive Committee.  He also serves on the Board of the Goldfarb School of Nursing.  At Washington University, he serves on the Olin Business School National Council and as a University Trustee. 

Mr. Warshaw has been honored as a Founders Day recipient of the Washington University Distinguished Alumni Award and has also been honored by the Brown School of Washington University and by the Missouri History Museum.
