Henry founded the company in 1994 and is the CEO. He actively charts strategy for the company, manages the loan portfolio, negotiates acquisitions and workouts, and handles the banking relationships and other business of the company. Henry serves on the Board of Directors of Enterprise Financial Services Corp. as well as the Corporate Governance and Executive Committee. He was previously Chairman of the Board of Directors of Enterprise Bank of Clayton, a subsidiary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp. Henry is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, earning both a B.A. and M.B.A. degree. He serves as the Chairman on the Alumni Board of Governors and on the Board of Trustees of Washington University in St. Louis. As a volunteer, Henry is involved with several non-for-profit organizations including: The Board of Director of Crossroads College Prep, Chairman of the Investment Committee at Temple Emanuel, and the Board of Directors of the Repertory Theatre of St. Louis.
