Nancy joined the company in 2008, where she coordinates office, administrative support services, member relations, and special events.  Previously, she worked twenty-seven years at INTRAV, a deluxe International Tour Operator.  As Vice President of Passenger Operations, Nancy's responsibilities included Guest Services, Tour/Cruise sales inventory, various audits and yield management.
